How do I start an online exam?
Go to the Online Exam page, select your exam, complete the system check, and click 'Start Exam'. Make sure your camera and microphone are working properly.
Can I join video calls from mobile?
Yes! Our video calling system works on all devices. Simply open the video call link in your mobile browser or use our mobile app.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Order Tracker page and enter your order number. You'll see real-time updates on your order status and delivery information.
How do I pay for Pathsala, and how do parents pay school fees?
Your Pathsala subscription is paid online through Razorpay — UPI, debit or credit card, or net-banking — with an automatic GST receipt. School fees that parents pay go to the school's own Razorpay account; that is set up by the school, not paid to Pathsala.
How do I show you a problem on my screen?
Open the live chat (the round icon on the screen) and send a screenshot, a screen recording or a voice note — the team sees it with your message.
